Your business is one of a kind.
Your software should be too.
BuildSpace for Business gives your company its own software platform — and a team to get you on it. We audit the SaaS that's costing too much and doing too little, then build the apps your business actually needs. You own all of it, forever.
You're paying for software that almost fits.
Most businesses run on a dozen SaaS tools that each solve 60% of the problem. The bills add up. Your team builds workarounds. Your data scatters. And the tools that would fit best — the ones shaped to how you actually work — don't exist on anyone's pricing page.
01 · the bill
The SaaS sprawl tax
The average mid-sized business pays for 80+ SaaS subscriptions. Most are 60% used, 100% billed.
02 · the gap
Workflows that don't fit
Your team built spreadsheets, Zaps, and “just email me” workarounds because the software couldn't bend to your business.
03 · the lock-in
Renting forever
Every month you write a check for software you'll never own and can never change.
A platform. Custom apps. And the keys.
Three things, in this order. Each one earns the next.
01 · the audit
A real look at your stack
We map what you're paying for, what you actually use, and where custom software would pay for itself in under a year.
02 · the apps
Custom apps, built right
We design and ship the apps your business actually needs — integrated with the tools you keep, replacing the ones you don't.
03 · the platform
Your own BuildSpace
Everything we build lives on your private BuildSpace. You own it. Your team — or any AI coding tool — can keep extending it. Forever.
From audit to shipped in weeks, not quarters.
Five steps. Most engagements deliver the first apps inside 30 days.
- 01
Discovery call.
We learn your business, your team, and the workflows software is getting in the way of. Thirty minutes. No deck.
- 02
Stack audit.
You share your current SaaS inventory. We come back with what's working, what's not, and what's worth building.
- 03
Build plan.
A concrete proposal: which apps, what they integrate with, what they replace, timeline, cost.
- 04
We build.
Your apps get designed, built, reviewed, and deployed on your private BuildSpace. You see progress weekly.
- 05
You own it.
Your team — or any AI coding tool you point at it — can extend, modify, or build entirely new apps on the same platform. We're available if you want us back.
Not an agency. Not a SaaS. Something better.
← the old way
- Stack 8 SaaS tools that each fit 60%
- Pay per seat, per app, forever
- Hire an agency, get a black-box codebase
- Data scattered across vendors
- Stuck with what the vendor ships
✱ the buildspace way
- One platform, apps shaped to your business
- Build once. Own it forever.
- Get a platform your team can keep building on
- One identity, one stack, one source of truth
- Change anything, anytime, with your own team or your AI
This works best when you're ready to compound.
✓ a good fit
- Your team is 10–250 people and growing into the gaps in your stack
- You're spending serious money on SaaS and questioning the math
- You have workflows your team has hacked around tools to support
- You want software that compounds — not subscriptions that just renew
- You're comfortable having a platform inside your business that your team or AI can build on
✕ maybe not yet
- You need an enterprise-scale system with thousands of seats on day one
- You want a single off-the-shelf tool you don't have to think about
- You don't want any technical surface area inside your business at all
- You're looking for a pure consulting engagement with no platform component
Things people ask before the first call.
How is this different from hiring an agency?
An agency hands you a codebase and walks away. We give you a platform. The apps we build live on your BuildSpace, alongside any future apps your team — or your AI tools — builds. You're not buying a deliverable; you're getting on a platform.
Do we need engineers on staff?
No. For the initial build, we handle everything. After handoff, anyone on your team can extend things using AI coding tools (Cursor, Claude Code, etc.) against your BuildSpace. If you have engineers, even better — they get a clean platform to work on.
What happens when the engagement ends?
You keep your BuildSpace, your apps, your data, your code. We're available for new work or ongoing support, but there's no lock-in. The platform is yours.
Can you integrate with our existing tools?
Yes. Most engagements involve replacing some tools and integrating with others. We connect to Slack, HubSpot, QuickBooks, Salesforce, Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and anything with a real API.
How does pricing work?
Engagements start at a fixed scoping fee, then run on a build + platform model. We'll quote you specifically after the audit.
How long does a typical engagement take?
Audits take 1–2 weeks. First app usually ships in 3–4 weeks. Most multi-app builds run 8–16 weeks end to end. You see progress every week.
What if we already use BuildSpace for something else?
Then you're ahead. We'll work inside your existing org and add the business apps alongside whatever you've already built.
Let's see if your business should be on its own software.
Thirty minutes. No deck. Just a real conversation about your stack and whether we can help.
