This notice is for people who sign in to or use an app built on BuildSpace. It is not the app's privacy policy.
1. Who is responsible
Each app is operated by its creator (the "Builder"), who decides what data the app collects and why. The Builder's own Terms and Privacy Policy govern your use of the app. BuildSpace hosts the app and runs its sign-in on the Builder's behalf, as a data processor.
2. What BuildSpace processes
- Your name and email address, to sign you in
- Sign-in sessions, security logs, and IP addresses, to protect your account
- Data the app stores through BuildSpace (database, files, emails, usage events)
We do not sell this data or use it to advertise to you. Vendors we rely on are listed on ourSubprocessorspage.
3. One account, many apps
Your sign-in is a BuildSpace account, so you can use the same email across apps. Each app only sees your account if you sign in to it.
4. Your rights
To access, correct, or delete data held by an app, contact that app's operator first; their contact details are in their privacy policy. If you can't reach them, or want your BuildSpace sign-in account deleted, email privacy@buildspace.dev.
